Front office staff is very rude and seem to be more involved in gossip and their phones. Then the gentleman who did my MRI was kind and helped me with my severe claustrophobia and anxiety were having an MRI. Also when staff called to confirm my MRI I was told that this was an open sided MRI yet when I actually arrived to have my MRI done it was not an open sided MRI which made my anxiety extremely worse when I am already very anxious to have this done. Also I had called three times asking to confirm my insurance and had authorization complete and the people I spoke with told me they didnt know they couldnt give me a clear answer that they would immediately call billing. They were supposed to return my call and let me know and I am never received a call back I still after my procedure do not know if there was prior authorization done on Rayus part. Ill stick to getting all testing done at community hospital.
