        The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I give only 3 stars because the process should be easier, so you're not there for 2-3 hours. We weren't able to get phones that day because the larger storage phones had to be ordered. I'm frustrated every time we have to go to T-Mobile.

        Kaitie was helpful until she was pressing us to completely switch to T-Mobile. Which wasnt helpful it was more rude than anything when my phone provider has worked perfectly fine. As we appreciated the less than 24 hour fix being pressured into buying items or even service is not a good sales tactic
