        I have been a Subaru loyalist all of my driving life. I just bought my third in a row. This is partly because they have great service....usually. I also travel all over the country and so have been to many more different subaru dealerships than most people. I've only had a bad experience twice. This was the worser of the two. They were rude and arrogant and generally unpleasant from almost the moment I arrived. My engine was misfiring and they acted like even talking to me about it was a waste of their time. I ended up leaving without having the problem resolved to find another (more helpful) repair shop. They even charged me way too much (over $600) for doing virtually nothing. Life is too short (and there are too many better options) to deal with people like this.
