        I came in for a haircut after months of growing my hair out and it being a shaggy mess. Lou listened to my requests and I'm very happy with my cut. I look like I have an actual style now while I finish letting my hair grow. Thanks Lou!

        My wife went to JC Penny Salon at Greenwood Park Mall. Charlotte was the hairdresser who was supposed to put highlights in her hair. She put a toner on my wife's hair. She told my wife that " after you wash it, the highlights will show up! Two weeks and three washes later and there is not a trace. My wife, who has terminal cancer, called and talked to the manager. She stated that they would not stand behind their work and absolutely would not give refunds for poor quality workmanship! We will not give them any more of our business!!!
