I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this service business. The owner displayed highly unprofessional behavior, including rudeness, condescension, and making unethical threats. When I questioned the use of certain tools and expressed concerns, he responded by doubling the original quote and even threatened to leave my vehicle on the lift.
Despite my willingness to pay for the time spent, I made it clear that I wanted my vehicle put back together but did not want them to perform the initial service. However, once the owner realized I was recording the interaction, he decided not to charge me at all, further indicating the severity of the situation. It's crucial to note that the owner did not initially realize I was recording at the time.
Fortunately, I recorded the entire interaction, and upon informing the owner, he decided to remove my vehicle without performing the initial service. It's important to note that while his employee at the front desk was respectful, the mechanic in the shop also added in rude slurs during the encounter, which was completely unwarranted and unprofessional.
Regrettably, the owner's actions escalated to the point where he took my keys, refused to return them, and even threatened physical harm when I requested my vehicle back. I had to involve the police to resolve the situation.
This unprofessional conduct, including the disrespectful remarks from the mechanic, and the lack of transparency make it difficult to recommend this service business to others. I hope this review provides insight for those considering their services.

WE OWN A TRASPORTATION COMPNAY AND SINCE DAY ONE WE HAVE USED MOTORS PLUS AS OUR FIRST SERVICE OPTION TO TAKE CARE OF OUR FLEET THIS GUYS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPERT IN THEIR BUSINESS, WE ARE GETTING THEIR SERVICE MORE THAN 5 YEARS NOW AND NEVER HAVE A MAJOR ISSUE THANK YOU JAMES.

Definitely the nicest auto shop l've ever been to. These guys are fantastic and I will never take my car anywhere else. Inexpensive, thorough, experienced, and honest. Did I mention prompt service! They have been in business for many years and have a loyal following- I now see why. I highly recommend Motors Plus and send everyone I know here.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. My first visit was nearly 20 years ago. The owner is a first class human being! Always honest, responsive, extremely dependable and very appreciative of your business! He cares about his customers and about making sure youre driving a SAFE vehicle. Hes always been a straight shooter and doesnt try to confuse you with options. He tells you EXACTLY whats wrong and what itll cost to repair.
