These guys are great. My alternator went out while is was passing through the area. I reached out to these guys because of their great reviews on google. They had me back on the road within an hour. Great service!!!

I worked in a tire shop for 3 years and grew up working on cars so I know a decent amount and have loads of experience. I had two really good used tires to get put on went there to get it done just for the guy to tell me he wont put them on because they look like I found them on the side of the road and the bead was to messed up to do it not knowing that i have 6+ year of experience doimg the same well he was completely wrong SMH took them to actual tire shop and got them put on no problem......crazy part is I've heard a lot of people say they know there stuff but that was not the case I feel.

Set an appointment and waited hours just to never be helped. I arrived to the location on time for my appointment but was told all stands were full and would be about an hour before my car could be seen. I explained I would just be sitting in the lobby during the repair process, so I was told I would receive a call when to return once a stand was open. Waited over 3 hours and never received a call, called them and said they were still full. Waited another 2 hours and gave up. Very inconvenient for me with only having one day off, so now I have to drive my broken vehicle to work for the next week with the same issues. Very poor customer service. Would 100% recommend Walters tire down the road for far superior customer service and for not much increase in pricing.
