Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Scam artists. Told me that even though I reserved the "You click, we pick" rate on their website that "All we have is minivans, and we're going to have to increase the rate to the minivan rate." Minivan, fine; violating the online contract signed by confirming my rental an charging me $25+ more per day, not fine. They're the only rental car company in the entire area so they can be mischievous like this and get away with it. Borrow a neighbors' car instead and pay them gas money!

Rude. They wanted to keep my credit or debit card in their file. Why???? I had a bad feeling about these people at this site. The guys in Columbus were awesome. Go to Columbus to rent a car. They are honest, and you don't have to be a model. They were very rude. If I ever needed a vehicle again, I would go to Columbus, Indiana.

Awful service. Called me 15 minutes before my 9 am, pick up time to tell me they had no vehicles available. At nearly 3pm I called them having heard nothing all day and the rep, Jordan, was a smart aleck and related we told you wed call you. It had been 6 hours with no notice. The enterprise 800 number representatives were no better. Being the rental car company in a very small location, they have to know folks have no other option for 30 minutes in any direction. Im sure its not the local reps fault but someone in reservations or at a management level is not good at their job.

Made apptment to pick car up 15 mins late so far. Guess my time is not important to this enterprise location!
