        Very helpful. Dropped my taxes off there to be figured. Made an appointment and everyone was wearing masks. Took my temperature. Checked to make sure I brought everything they needed to do my taxes. They sent them to AARP to be prepared and I picked them up the next week. Bless them for their work!

        Terrible transportation service. Denied elderly woman transportation because she had medicaid and didn't want to fight with the incompetent clearing house in Indy but instead wanted to private pay to avoid the hassle. Dispatcher named Linda said no, it would violate their contract with the cleaing house. Apparently that's more important that providing a life long Greenfield resident with transportation who wanted to pay them directly. No customer service, no compassion and no common sense.
