Ordered an upgraded deluxe arrangement. The arrangement that was delivered was much smaller than even the lowest tier standard one. I understand for a holiday needing to substitute flowers when they run out, but this is too much of a discrepancy. Positives: it was delivered on time, the colors match the photo, and the lady who helped me at the shop was very nice. Overall I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from Pennys again.

Big S/O to the staff at Penny's Florist. I ordered flowers the morning of Valentine's Day and they were still able to deliver a beautiful little arrangement of flowers in a vase and a card with a funny little message with a sprinkle of adult humor. Because of y'all I get to sleep in my comfy warm bed tonight with my beautiful, soft wife instead of the couch lol. You've got a regular costume for years to come now! Thank you so much. I appreciate everyones hardwork.
