We are disappointed to see that you feel we deserve a one star. It is true that we are not in network with commercial insurances and do not file the claim for those insurances. However, we inform everyone about the way we handle insurance before anything is done to ensure that there are no surprise costs. Also, we will provide any patient that has insurance with the necessary information, paperwork, and stamped envelope to file the claim on their own as to make the process easier for them. We understand that this can be a problem for some individuals, but we do not have an insurance expert on staff and are not able to adequately verify and follow up with the many different insurances that exist, especially with our evening and weekend hours when most insurance companies are closed.
