Placed an online order when we showed up to pick it up. They said it would be just a few minutes. We just put your tenders in 15 minutes later they said oh the machines are cleaning. It will be just a few minutes. Another 15 minutes later, just standing there no one would wait on me. No one offered a different option. Food was paid for online and finally after an hour we ended up leaving and calling corporate and got told multiple different stories.

Went to drive up at 11:45 AM and was told they were not open. The web sight says they open at 10:00 AM.

Young girl with blond brown hair that packed my food just threw it in bag, never smiled, never spoke and when I asked for condiments she finally spoke so she could speak but was rude!!! Chicken was horrible. KFC needs to either give young kids a course in how to treat customers and show them how to smile or fire them. If she does not like her job go somewhere else everywhere is hiring. But management should make a point to teach them how to work the counter and pack a order. I will never go back in there its to expensive for the quality of food. I can get more food and way better quality at Kopper Kettle and its cheaper. I couldnt believe it but it is.

Went around 1:15 pm. Restaurant was empty. Waited at 5-10 minutes for someone to come up and take my order. Ordered the chizza and it was inedible. Luke warm chicken breast covered in refrigerated temperature cheese and pepperoni. Menu shows it all melts and warm. Was told that's how they are instructed to make it. Asked for refund and they wanted to give me cash when I paid by card. They had to get manager when I insisted it go back on my card.

The food was very fresh the people were friendly will definitely visit here again
