Used Tim for a second time back in May and as expected he did not disappoint! I seriously cannot express how much I enjoy working with him. He is extremely patient, personable, professional and you can just tell he truly has your best interest at heart. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Our realtor, Jennea Schirr, recommended them and they are AMAZING! Tim Weldy & Stephannie have been nothing more than stellar throughout the process of buying our first home.
