Best Western Inn

Not a fan of the pillows. But a clean room. Definitely will stay again. With my own pillow

Had to get a room in goshen while my truck was worked on. This Best Western was closest to the shop so I showed up at like 9:15am knowing checkin was 3pm. I told the gentleman at the counter what was going on and I will stay out of everyones way until I can get my room. He immediately got on the computer and covered me a room before 10am but it was two queens instead of a king and that was fine. Then he was nice enough to take me to get my truck when Uber could not get to me. Staff is truly amazing people who just care about people and we need more people like this. Rooms are a little old but you can tell they go the extra mile to clean the rooms. Overall this was a very pleasant sty and I recommend to everyone who passes through to consider the Goshen Best Western. Thanks

This hotel had clean rooms, the breakfast was as we expected. The staff was above what we expected. Everyone was friendly and kind. We had a neighbor that had very loud music/TV around 1 am. When we contacted the hotel, they addressed the issue immediately, even offered us a room change. And followed up with us in the morning. They can't help how some guests behave, but they certainly did act appropriately and quickly. Would definitely stay again.
