        They need to give REAL PROPER WARNINGS such as reminder email, letter, or phone calls before they come out an shut off power at least 10 days before. Don't use the excuse of "it's on your bill" because that's not a good one to use. Do better. Disappointing that now I have to wait for whenever this person comes back out here and turn on my power and hope I'm home to even do so. Thanks for robbing us for reconnect fees. All I see is corporate greed at its finest. A monopoly if you will. I hope y'all step on Legos.

        There not all that great or reliable notifying you that the business hours have changed. However i saw all of the staff there and i was there at like 3:45pm today after i discovered the new hours. I think it was unprofessional that they would close early much less disrespectful.
