        Wow! Great service! Starting with the intake operator who took my call, to the NIPSCO service man Dan who offered helped and sent out a crew from Townsend on a Friday evening. All because my neighbors tree branches were tangled in and around the power line to my house. They did a beautiful job clearing away the branches and now I can rest easier next time a storm comes blowing through. Thanks again!

        On Saturday Nov 5th 2022 during the high winds the roof at my employer was blown over and pinching 460 V 3 phase lines. Called as a emergency several times. It is Now Nov 8th at 7:51am and still no Nipsco. We have now rerouted our electric from that source of power but still need it shut so we can make roof repairs without someone getting killed. That doesn't seem to be a worry with nipsco at all. There are less then 55 outages at this time and this is a emergency nipsco is just ignoring.
