I am seeking employment here and as of right now they are awesome.. I will try to remember to add edits along the way if i remember.. When i first called this company they did not treat me like i was bothering them. You know like how other compaines act when you call them inquiring about a job. Nate (the recruiter) is awesome to talk to. He tries to get to know you a little and a few times we strayed off of subject talking about things that don't pertain to the job and it didn't bother him at all. One time we both forgot what we were talking about business wise because we got caught up in a conversation that had us both laughing.... Ok after you fill out the application and you pass their requirements (which 99% of them are requirements that should be met to keep your CDL to begin with) and they verify your info a very nice man named Mr.Jon will call you. He is the head of operations. He has a phone interview with you asking all kinds of questions about your experience, history and whatnot then asked What your looking to get out of them. For being high up on the totum pole he is a great guy to talk to. I dont think theres a rude bone in his body.. Me and Mr. Jon strayed off of topic a few times as well. As of right now this place isn't a trucking company its a family. I'm starting in a couple of weeks if i remember ill update along the way
