Grill finally made it after a long journey and did arrive damaged. However Estes drive was professional and worked with me on my options and how to get a hold of Traeger. I've changed my rating because I do believe Estes tried to get it here as fast as they could with the unexpected issues.

Horrible communication. It took only 3 days to move the shipment across the country and later to hear it would take another 4 days(maybe )to move it 55 miles with a 3 rd party. Are you kidding me?!?!? Definitely bottom of the barrel carrier.

Very very unhappy with the service provided. My husband and I ordered a VERY expensive pool heater to be delivered, signature required. I was emailed multiple times from the manufacturer notifying that a signature would be required upon delivery and had 2 phone calls with Estes/Aptiv to set up a delivery time solely for the fact that signature was required. It was to be delivered between 10a-2p. My husband had to take off work in order to sign for this delivery. Around 2 pm no one had come to the door still and my husband went out to get the mail and noticed the package had been delivered but no one had ever rang the door bell. Our doorbell was in working order. Luckily the package was in OK condition but had it been damaged we would not have been able to get a refund from the manufacturer since no signature was obtained upon delivery. Customer support not very helpful and said that given COVID they are not requiring signatures and doing touches delivery only. Then why did I receive 2 emails and have 2 phone calls with Estes/Aptiv to set up signature delivery time-slots requiring my husband to take off work? I wish you could choose who will deliver us products in the future because I WOULD NOT choose this company. Terrible communication and incredibly frustrating experience! One start because I can't leave zero and the customer service woman Stacy was very kind, forgiving, and helpful. Edit: I reached out the email they commented with and never heard back after a week...
