Mike, the owner, is rude, disrespectful and very arrogant person. I called and spoke to him and was told that he didnt have the time for me to come and take a look at his products (slabs) unless I was going to put money in his hand, his words verbatim. There are other people/businesses with the same products that treat people like a person. I do not recommend dealing with this guy

The owner of this company is very rude and ignorant self centered and clearly has no time for his customers needs. He was rude disrespectful yelled and screamed and swore at me over the phone hung up on me before telling me if I need to say anything to him say it through text messaging the wood that we picked up for the wedding was full of mold, moss it was damp and oily it was supposed to be dried by a kilt which it was not no bark on a Majority of the med sz and very little bark in the larger ones (Circles) for the centerpieces. I had to clean them my self to remove the mold and moss. He used a chain saw to cut them and they were horrible! I have before and after pictures of then from me after cleaning them, horrible customer service and he was late on his delivery date. DON'T RECOMMEND this service I suggest go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!

We had the best experience with Quality Tree Creations. I work from home full time, and my husband will occasionally need to bring work home as well. We knew we needed to have something custom built for desks after purchasing our condo earlier this year. I had originally bought a piece of wood thinking I could DIY it myself and quickly realized I was in over my head. Enter Quality Tree Creations... Mike was able to see my vision and truly brought it to life. We appreciated his communication and felt like we got gorgeous desks for a fair price. I would tell anyone that is thinking about getting something custom made to not hesitate or shop around, make Quality Tree Creations your only stop.

This is why you do local business! Responded immediately, very friendly, hospitable, and gracious! Gave me a great product, at an even better price! Will never go anywhere else, for anything made out of wood! MOST Highly recommend!
