Organic Bread of Heaven

I have a lot of food intolerances and have been bread free for almost 3 years because of them. You can imagine how happy I was to find a great product that is free from my allergens. I can actually eat the sprouted spelt sourdough bread and buns. I couldn't be happier. They are delicious toasted or untoasted. I recommend them highly for anyone who has food allergies.

We are on our 2nd order! I am so impressed with your ingredients your flavors. We got a pan of cinnamon buns yummy! I really like your sprouted oat bread! Everything is so healthy! Not much left after this excellent lunch. Spelt pasta salad with Kalamata olives, peperoncini, fresh home grown tomatoe, and grated parmesan cheese. Something to look forward to later!

The sprouted Rye sourdough bread is fabulous! I haven't been able to eat rye bread in so very long but now with sprouted organic flours (and the addition of the seeds!), truly a treat! I do better with spelt flour so I don't eat the rye (with wheat) as often. Having the rye flour in with the wheat , more or less, offsets the "dampening" effects of wheat on my body. Good stuff!

This place is great! The breads they make are with organic ingredients and they have sprouted sourdough as well! Good quality and great prices;)
