    I brought my car in on 1/5/2023 to Auto Surgeon and am very pleased with the service I received. Drew, the owner got my car in quickly to evaluate the situation, and kept me informed on what is needed on my vehicle. Since my car has several mechanical issues, he was willing to service my vehicle in sections that would help accommodate my budget. Drew and his wife are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They even went above and beyond to pick me up at my home and drive me back to the shop to get my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in around 8am, and it was finished by 1:30pm that same day. I plan to take my car back in to complete the work in the next week or so. If you are looking for honest, prompt and efficient service, I highly recommend Auto Surgeon.

    I dropped my car off to them on 9/16/2023. I was informed that I would need a new engine. So, I left my vehicle there until I figured out my options with the insurance. Spoke to Hyundai and set an inspection for 9/27/2023 @ 2pm to figure out if they were going to replace the engine since it was within my warranty. On 9/27 at 8:17am I called a guy at the shop who seem to always be the only one answering by the name of Drew. When I spoke with Drew I informed him that I would be there in a few hours to pick the car up and take it to the Hyundai dealership. Drew responded okay Ill be there by 9am. I then asked him about a storage fee, he stated $75 cash. So I got in a Lyft around 10:15am, made it to the shop, walked in the door, spoke to drew paid him the $75 then asked is it (my car) in the back? Drew said yes. So, I proceeded to walk to the back and lo and behold my damn car is not there. I walk back inside and tell him its not there. Didnt really look surprised, but he did ask two other employees who stated they havent seen the car. I asked for my $75 back since they allowed the vehicle to be stolen and he said if I could I would so now I have no car and they didnt mention anything about filing a claim for the vehicle. All he said was Im sorry man, it was just here last night highly recommend if u have a nice car or a car that is most wanted do not go here! They dont have any sympathy. They didnt even try to file a claim or anything. How do u let a whole car get stolen from your shop that has cameras?! IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD!
