Comfort Suites

So when we got there we were a little disappointed that the pool was closed..but Ms Melanie went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied...she upgraded our room to a jacuzzi suite and the kids were super thrilled...and since we spent 2 days at the BIG Splash indoor Waterpark the kids didn't missed the pool at all. Rooms: Very spacious rooms! Perfect for families! Nearby activities: There are several things to do close by but we spent the majority of our time at Big Splash indoor water park

We did not get a chance to stay here, but Chris at the front desk took care of our cancellations. The booking site we went through did not tell us the pool was closed. We specifically booked a hotel with a pool for the little kids. When confirming the pool was closed, he was the one to cancel our stay with no fees. Thank you Chris for doing a wonderful job and for helping us out!

The building was under complete construction with no molding along the baseboards, walls had holes in them everywhere you looked, the breakfast area was completely smothered in fruit flies and gnats, the hotel room door would not shut or lock without being lifted and shut, and the front desk reception area was never accompanied by an attendant, a bell was there to ring, sometimes someone came, sometimes they didn't. No 24 hr coffee as advertised at entrance, No mention of pool and hottub closed on website and we chose this hotel because of it. Finally, I would not recommend this hotel. Noteworthy details: Find a different location to stay at!
