        The scheduler won't even call you to scheduled a surgery. It's been two months since I saw the doctor they said they would call. This is a terrible e n t office.

        I have had to take my dad to this place a few times. It's just like every other Dr office you go to meaning that you make an appt and they tell you to show up 15 minutes early only to have to wait at least 15 minutes after you scheduled appt.or even longer this last time appt was at 215 didn't go back to room until 250 to sit for another 10 mins

        Doctors are great, administration is horrible. You can't get an appointment, front desk never answers their phones, I am always getting the run around between the offices. They scheduled my son for surgery and didn't even give us the address for the surgery center.
