Optum Primary Care - Franklin

Went for a new CPAP on January 23. Was told it would be 6-8 weeks. On April 2nd I called to follow up. Receptionist took my name and number and said they would return my call. I called back on April 4. Again, they took my name and number and said they would call back. Today, I call back again. Im told that an order was placed April 2nd. I asked why it took from January 23 to April 2nd to order a CPAP? I got no answer. I drive to the office and spoke to the office manager. She stated that the computers had been updated and they needed my insurance card. I asked how an order was placed if they didnt have my insurance? Crickets. I will say that the Doctors nurse did call me two times on her day off. Sad that such a nice place is such an unorganized mess.

I loved going here because of the accessibility and quickness every time I go for an office visit. Have always been told it would never be an issue to get me seen by one of my providers. Then when I actually DO need to be seen, they try to tell me to check the immediate care (which is a $75 copay vs $25 for my regular office). Said they couldnt add anyone to schedule as their computers are down. WOW I guess we wont be able to function without technology, people just have to suffer because of their technical issue. Not a very good medical business practice.

Absolutely impossible to try to schedule a new patient appointment. I've called FIVE TIMES to try to schedule and I just gave up. Ridiculous.

Elisha Hart, PA is amazing!!! She listens, is proactive and so knowledgeable. She saved my life by detecting heart issues. Adiana at the front desk was the most kind, patient, professional and helpful receptionist ever!!
