I have a brand new home, since the cold started the heater did work for a bit but then started to throw a error messages and we ended up not having heat at night.and we have taken pictures of the error message five people have came out.and they cannot figure out anything even with the error code telling them what could be the problem then they send a guy named will sim the same guy that was trying to charge us and then said oh no I wasnt going to charge youso was he just trying to see if we paid this is a brand new home.. I am beyond disappointed and frustratedgetting sick literally.and then after I asked not to send that guy again they send him and he has the nerve to tell me what I can and cant do in my own house.like seriouslyhow would you feel if you didnt have heat and you had to keep having people come out to me it just seems like Ryan homes gave them a contract they are milking it.and they are not helping me at allthey need to make this right
