The Row Apartments

The property is clean and well maintained. The service manager Joey is beyond amazing! He has always went above and beyond when fixing my repairs needed. He is always polite and has a nice sense of humor. Best maintenance Ive ever experienced!

EDIT: YOU CAN NOT HANG ANYTHING ON THE WALLS, NOT EVEN CURTAINS Living here has been a nightmare. We moved in after the remodels because we thought they would better. We had to put in 3 maintenance request in the first month, one of which was for a water leak that they said was old (even though it had already ruined the inside of the new cabinets) and has only gotten worse, but they claim theres no active leak and never came to replace the cabinet like they said they would. Then they called us and told us we got 300$ off rent for a month because of a referral, well when we went and signed the paper, we were told we dont get 300$ off the other person does and to ask them for half even though we have them on voicemail saying we get 300$ off. And the worst of all is there lack of willingness to help with issues, my car was vandalized by my neighbor which all they did was send a notice to them, and then said neighbor and their friends will play right in front of our front door, back door, they were even between the bush and our front window just screaming and then just the other night were throwing tennis balls at our apartment. We brought all of this to the apartments and they said theres nothing they will do about it, probably because one of the kids is the ladys who works in the office because weve seen her out there with them. And now they want 2300 for us to move out because we cant even enjoy our apartment that weve only had 6 months. These places are ridiculous, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOMEWHERE ELSE.
