City View Farm Apartments

Weve almost lived here a month! The entire experience from applying, to moving in, to getting settled has been such a relaxing and easy one! The same day we applied we heard back that we got our apartment! I dont think weve ever had such a quick turn around! City View Farm Apartments are a pretty quiet neighborhood with decent privacy (especially if youre in the back of the buildings) As far as we can tell, noise doesnt travel very much. You can tell these apartments are very well sealed. Theyre also renovating apartments! I dont think weve ever moved into an apartment AS move-in ready as this one! Brand new appliances, new flooring, and the thick blinds are an awesome plus, too! The leasing manager, Tracy is always a pleasure to talk to, as well as all of the other staff! I genuinely didnt think apartment-living could be so stress free and so enjoyable. I love my apartment, to say the least. :)

The staff have been very helpful whenever there is a problem and I feel this is a very good value for the expense. The apartment has a nice layout with the open floor concept for the kitchen/living/dining area and a good size balcony with a small closet for outside storage.

We love living at City View Farm, since getting new management it has become one of the best apartments in Franklin! The staff is very friendly and attentive!
