There will never be a time I enjoy my experience here. This is the kind of place where hope goes to die. This is the kind of place where death goes to die. This is Government Assisted Living. The quality of human beings who reside here are less than those who live on the streets. This seems kind of harsh. It's not. My feelings remain the same.

Current management is awful. My family and I have been living here since 2013 and the management does change frequently. Just know that each management company will tell you something different about what you can and cant have inside your apartment. Weve had our portable washer/dryer since around 2013 and every management company has been ok with them. This current management company is not and suddenly its a problem. The lease states you cannot have any installed appliances portable washers and dryers are not installed lol. They will have maintenance take photos of your portable appliances and tell you that you have to get rid of them. They also attempted to make me get rid of one of my emotional support animals that Ive had for years now. Yeah, that didnt happen.

The community features 24-hour maintenance, a playground, laundry facilities, a community room and so much more! Franklin Cove is efficiently located near municipal parks, as well as many shops and restaurants. Further, the community offers street parking, easy access to bus lines and interstate on/off ramps.
