        Unprofessional and poor communications. Was supposed to be done in 3 days took 7, had to be called to clean up and leave air scrubber, tried to charge for work not completed and charge for unauthorized work.

        Was very impressed with Servpro and the work they did. They were quick to call us back and resolved our issue in a timely manner. After calling several companies that wanted to charge us significantly more, Servpro was the first to provide a reasonable solution and cost. They did great work, were timely and very professional. Jason was extremely helpful and made the entire process stress free. Would highly recommend using Servpro and we will use them again in the future. Very satisfied customer.
