      image Called to ask for an quote on a simple fed/state file without "rapid refund" or extras. Put on hold for 5 minutes before they hung up on me. Called back again and was hung up on immediately.
      Apparently customer service is a thing of the past?

      image They charge WAY too much!!! It cost me $549.95 to have my ONE W-2 done!!! I was completely shocked!! Ive never paid that much for taxes EVER!
