        Worst Culvers Ive ever been to. Absolutely ridiculous how employees act, how the food is NEVER right, and how it takes 20+ minutes for a freaking ice cream EVERY SINGLE TIME you go. Doesnt matter the time of day you go, how much food you order, or if youre in the drive thru or dining in. You can bet on your order being wrong and it taking 20 minutes to get said wrong order! A bunch of kids running around acting like its a playground. Need a better staff asap. Will be giving my business to the Lafayette location from here on out! Food is good when its right which is less than 40% of the time

        Shockingly terrible service, especially for a culver's. ( update ) Tried to go back again. Literally worst experience Ive ever had. Worst location in the franchise. All Culvers fans would appreciate you closing this location to stop giving yourself a bad name. This Culvers ruined them all for me.

        What a welcome addition to Frankfort! Food is always fresh and hot and delicious! The custard is amazing, and don't get me started on the customer service! I've never been to a "fast food" place where they not only bring your order to your table, but also check back to see if everything is okay! Staff is friendly and fast, regardless of how rushed they are. A nice variety of menu entrees and sides, definitely a far cry from the usual!
