Unorganized and unprepared. They knew ACIMA was being utilized. I arrived at 945 a.m appt was for 10 a.m did not leave until 1245 p.m .. by that time my patience was lost. We spent almost 2 hours before they figured the system out. That process should have been stated well before I arrived since they knew they was already having issues. Instead they wait til I'm their and decide to start figuring it out. Don't reccomend this Midas.

Needed 2 simple things fixed, but they went ahead and found 2 other things wrong with our car that wasnâ€™t even on list to look at! We had a warranty, but it still cost us an arm and leg, AND they didnâ€™t even fix one of the things we told them that needed fixed! They lost our business!! Never again
