        Super store. Amazing variety of merchandise. Custom printing and silk screening, western wear, plumbing, electrical...too much to list!! Absolutely amazing STAFF!!!

        Wish I could leave zero stars, truck broke down on the side of the road and needed a specific socket to do the work only place within 50 miles saying they had it in stock it was late so I ordered it online to be picked up the next morning all google and website info said they would be opened at 8 am find another ride to get to the parts store for it to be closed, sign on door says call for emergency so call the number and no answer.would not recommend this store

        Refused to warranty a lifetime warranty Carquest alternator when I had receipt in hand, and it was less than 3 years old. Had to drive to Lebanon, where they indeed did a warranty exchange. I won't ever waste my time with this Frankfort store again! Parking is poor, the store is dark with inadequate lighting, and they dont take care of their customers when they have problems with the products, ie. warranty issues. To the owner- your response is unprofessional, untrue, and totally confirms why I'll be sure to remember to go elsewhere in the future.

      Hello OPS, thank you for taking the time to post here. However once this was reviewed it shows that you actually had purchased an alternator with a 2 year warranty and it was not purchased from us. We ran the receipt and tried to accommodate you. I also would like to post a picture of the lighting in here that is a store with all brand new LED lights to provide a great shopping experience. As for the customer service aspect I am not sure what we are to do when we did exactly as we are asked by the manufacture. I would ask that since this review is a fabrication that you kindly remove it.
