Northeast Indiana Veterinary Emergency (NIVES) - Urgent Care

Horrible experience yesterday. Wait list for 7 1/2 hours and never did get a call to see a vet. I will never go here again and never recommend it to any of my fellow pet parents. My dog was sick and I was traveling so I had no choice but an ER vet, which my own vet recommended. There surely has to be a better business plan than only ONE vet. I was told there was a wait but if I had been told they would NEVER get to me, I would have found a different ER vet. My dog got sicker by the minute.

Saved my guinea pigs life,he wouldn't eat or drink. but with help from the veterinarian and staff, I am happy to report he's back to normal. such a friendly and very informative place, so I am very grateful for them.

We had a great experience from the first exam, to surgery, to post exam, to all the questions we had in-between. All the staff members we interacted with were very nice. They took great care of our boy while he was there.

We have always been happy with NIVES! Recently had one of our kitties with a urinary blockage that required a 4 day stay and they called us daily with updates and kept us in the loop! Very appreciative of everyone here!
