Don't go here. Scam, scam, and scamming. Truely disappointing a business that operates this way is open another day.

Long story, I got a car from here, had it a little over a month. The so called owner Mada said he fired Adam this older white guy who talked to me on Facebook, about the whole deal. Traded my old car out and put 2500 down, everything was going good. Did the paperwork. The month goes by they said the loan company denied me so not having a valid license which made no sense to me because if that was the case I wouldn't been accepted the day I got the car. So Mada asked me how much I was getting for a tax refund and he said he'll need all that back and he'll let me keep the car and give me a title. Long story short, Adam was never fired, they took the car I got from them back because I didn't give them my refund in time, come to find out the loan company on the application never had a policy with my name and never heard of Mikes Auto. I filed a report with the FWPD and am getting legal help with this matter. They are scammers take ppls money and lie.

I Purchased a 2012 4.6L Hyundai Genesis Sedan with 181,000 miles on it for over $12,000 from Mike Autos. They charged me double the market value!! It needed an alignment, it still had trash in it from the owner before, it had 2 bald tires, it needed new wind shield wiper blades, the passenger high beam was out, it had Only 1 of 4 valve stem covers & the reverse lights were blown. It was missing one lug nut on three of the four wheels & it was missing the radio knob. Also, the navigation knob, which is a must needed control in this vehicle & it only worked if you would tap it & mess around with it for a little bit. It had paint damage on the exterior in a few places that needed touched up. I found out after purchasing it, that it had two major recalls that hadn't been repaired & it needed a new battery & the Starter was going out!! Now, you may ask why would I purchase a car at that price with that many issues? 1st, I don't have the best credit score & I just recently started back to work & I had been turned down by 10 other dealerships the past few weeks trying to get a vehicle. I really needed a vehicle, so I made the purchase. I put almost $300 of parts on it. Just to change the high beam bulb, a friend & I had to to disassemble the whole front end!!! I had installed my own subwoofers that I had in my previous car (which I traded in & they gave me $1,000 for) Here is the craziest part... A week after getting the car while driving both front tires Fall Off!!! First, my front driver tire &the very next day my front passenger tire because of the faulty lug nuts that someone had on there!!! Luckily, I felt it when it was happening 30 seconds before & was able to get into a parking lot, where my car was being held up by the rotor resting on the wheel well! So..After having it for Only 1 Month, putting Many hours of labor into the vehicle & putting parts I had purchased on the vehicle I ran into a small predicament where my temporary tags were expiring & I didn't have the means to buy the new plates yet. I called the dealership & asked if they would be willing to give me another temp tag & they agreed & said that would be No problem. Well, when I went in to get the new temp tag, right when I sat down at the desk in the office, the owner of the dealership, "Mawda", tells me that he has some bad news & I actually wasn't fully approved for the car loan & they had to take the car back!!! Oh & also I wasn't getting my deposit back and/or the car I traded in back because it had already been sold, supposedly... Which was strange because 2 days prior I got a letter from the FWPD Impound lot saying my car (which I had signed over to the dealership) was in there & I could come get it out if I wanted.... Then come to find out "Adam" the person who sold me the vehicle, whom was an employee @ Mike Autos had been fired for certain circumstances... So, the owner & his other employee rode with me to my apartment so I could uninstall my subwoofers & take all of my belongings out of the car. Yet, they kept the parts I had put on the vehicle & I watched them drive off in the vehicle that I thought that I owned, leaving me to pick up all the tools I had to use to uninstall my subwoofers in a hurry because they needed to get back to the dealership to meet a customer...The owner quit answering my phone calls. I went into the dealership & the owner wasn't in the office & his employee refused to call him to have him come in so that he could talk to me face to face about this situation & get it resolved.. So, I am behind on bills, have been car-less for almost two weeks now & I am having to get a lawyer to resolve this messed up situation that this dealership has put me in and didn't even care how it would effect my life and my circumstances. But, what really upsets me is now they have it listed on their website for only $6,000!! So, with My Old Vehicle I traded in for $1,000 and the $2,000 Cash Down-Payment, I literally already paid for half of what their listing it at now!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!
