        Fort Wayne location.... STAY AWAY. Spent over 3 hrs at the location, and we didn't even test drive the vehicle because we knew we wanted it and we're trying to speed up the process, was already approved for a loan, already had all my information in the system prior to Even coming to the dealership! Now.... They tell me after paying Indiana taxes I also have to pay Michigan taxes n order to register my vehicle in Michigan. They never let me know this at the dealership as I was told everything is included. Buyers beware!

        I HATE buying cars. Literally it is the worst. So Carmax was basically a no brainer. You shop online and can order a vehicle from another store for a fee. My car was delivered to my local store so I could test drive it. It was as promised online. They offered me a competitive trade in price for my vehicle and it was a done deal. Easy paperwork and no staff pressure. Thanks Carmax.
