Virginia, I understand that you are unhappy with the results of your repairs. We can understand your frustration and apologize for any misunderstandings; however, we did the repairs that you requested and approved. You had a massive transmission leak when your vehicle was brought in the first time that was leaking so rapidly that it could not be driven without causing further damage. We discussed the options of rebuilding your transmission versus repairing it, and you did not want to do the rebuild. We resealed the transmission, and you drove it for a period, but another leak presented itself. Sometimes when there is a leak as heavy as the one on your vehicle, finding a smaller leak can be challenging. The only thing to do is fix them when they present themselves, which we did at no additional charge. We fixed it and let you know that you have an engine leak in addition to the transmission leak, which was hidden by the heavy transmission leak that you had. The transmission fluid was simply washing away the evidence of the engine oil leak. On this visit, we also noted that the transmission's rough shifting had returned. When we did the original repair and reset all adaptive learning, the transmission was shifting fine. Unfortunately, without tearing it down, we cannot know the condition of the parts inside the transmission.All we can do is take an educated guess based on the symptoms that are presenting themselves, which is why we recommended the rebuild. We did the reseal at your discretion, as you did not want to have the rebuild done, but we did our best to make you aware of the issues and provide you with all the information necessary to make that decision.

We are wondering if it is possible that you did not visit our shop or are currently using a different name. Based on your complaint, it sounds like you brought your car in for a repair, it was checked out, found either no issues or other issues, but that we did not do any repairs? If you did visit our facility, we are sorry for any frustration you experienced, but we can confidently say that our staff would not have lied to you and feel that is an unfair accusation. If no issue was identified, then our techs likely could not replicate the issue you were experiencing.
