      image After talking to two different representatives on two separate occasions I finally found out that there was an issue with my return. But please believe they did NOT hesitate to take my state refund to pay the $600+ fee for filing! I filed early and now Ill be waiting an additional 6 weeks due to them not doing their job correctly to begin with. Wasnt even offered any type of discount for the inconvenience. HA! Will not be filing with them ever again. Do not recommend using their services at least not in Fort Wayne locations!
