      LaDonna, we are very sorry to see this low rating. We reviewed our records and do not see you being scheduled for an increase. The last increase you received was over a year ago. We give at least 30 days advance notice of any rate change. You actually received your notice 60 days prior to it going into effect. We noticed that you have logged onto the system each month to pay the rent, so you were aware of the change. If you are not receiving communication from us, we suggest you log on to your account and update your email or physical mailing address. Thank you for being our customer and let us know how we can further assist you.
