Simplx security is fantastic. I started with one of their systems at my office several years ago and they did a great job getting it set up and configured and I've always been responsive whenever we've needed to make revisions. I recently had them swap out the system in my home from another brand and they're install crew was fantastic. Great communicators very conscientious and did a great job of getting everything set up with all of our specific requests.

We bought a house in Ft. Wayne in 2020. The prior homehowners were Simplx customers. Of course Simplx was immediately on our doorstep trying to sell us their services. We weren't overly familiar with the neighborhood (we are from out of state), but decided to try it. Apparently, they operate on a 3 year contract that does not null if you sell the house. We found this out 2 years later when we sold the house and had to pay the 3rd year of service fees even though we no longer owned the house or used Simplx. We would never have signed up for the service if we had known this. We felt taken advantage of as young, first-time homeowners. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Been with them for 6 years called for a new yard sign was told its a $80 service call. So I call back to cancel and now I'm having a hard time doing that. The email they sent I have yet ro receive. THIS COMPAMY WILL ROB YOU! STAY AWAY
