        How do you not have any burgers when you have burger in the name of your restaurant?!?! They also had no ketchup. The chicken sandwich leaves a lot to be desired... 2 chicken strips on a bun is not a chicken sandwich. Also should mention the ice cream machine being down. You are a restaurant that sells 6 items and you are out 4 of the 6 items, this means poor ordering. On top of that the prices are way to high for what you get. Truly disappointed! Only saving grace is the nice staff.

        I go to this restaurant pretty frequently because it's a very convenient stop during bike rides. There's a bike rack very close to the restaurant and you can order and eat outside if you want. The burgers are always hot and full of flavor, and they tend to be gooey and messy in a great way, without being hard to eat. The burger bar sauce especially has a nice flavor and adds some great gooeyness to the burger. The staff are always very friendly and positive, especially Juliette, and I always get what I ordered. There's special monthly burgers and shakes which can be a good way to mix it up a bit and I enjoyed the chili burger when it was available. There's also a punchcard system where you get a free burger after you buy just five of them, which feels very generous compared to other restaurants' rewards programs.
