I've been there for.4.5 years and I can honestly say that this is the worst place you could ever go to. The walk-in clinic won't help you with your meds because "they don't want to go against your doctor", when that's the entire reason I went and thew knew that before I waited an hour. The nurses don't answer and they don't call back. I called the nurses station and I waited 27 minutes with nothing and I requested a call back generated by the automated system, the automated system says you'll get a call back in 24 hours. I waited 2 days after I called and still no call back, So I called the manager with her extension that I had from before when I needed to switch doctors. The manager answered and was very rude, she then said that she'd talk to a couple of doctors the next day. She hasn't called back and it's been 2 days. The only helpful and caring people who work here are the people work the front desk. Running out of meds that don't get filled unless you call a week and a half in advance and if a medication needs to be verified at the pharmacy, it takes weeks to get verified. Awful place, has not done their job so many times and has left me suicidal more times that I can count. This place will kill you before doing their job. The therapists aren't the better either. This whole place should be shut down and sued for misconduct or whatever it's called.
