Cannot say enough about the products and customer service from Beastmaster Rodeo. First experience was when I purchased my Rough Stock boots. They were a little tight in the toe area. Called and spoke with Nick. Great guy to work with. He contacted the manufacturer, called me back, and suggested I go up a half size. Got the initial pair of boots on Black Friday with a discount and after ordering the larger size, Nick said he would refund me the higher price if the replacement boots fit better. He refunded me very quickly. Second experience was when I purchased my fold back spur straps and under heel straps. The spur straps were great, but the under heel straps didn't fit. Talked with Nick again and he again provided excellent customer service. He sent me a pair of adjustable straps. Received them and they work perfectly. Spurs were not from Beastmaster Rodeo, but the boots and other boot gear is from them. Thus far, very pleased.

stopped in cause i needed help with my helmet and figuring out some other gear and Nic was great!! he went above and beyond, was super friendly and happy to help with everything. super cool place with absolutely amazing staff
