Grey Stone Health & Rehabilitation Center

I want to share my positive experience during my stay at Grey Stone for rehabilitation. The administration was kind to allow my daughter to be with me during my recovery, which was a tremendous support. The rehabilitation staff for physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy were excellent. Despite the short staffing, they never missed a moment to attend to my needs. The nursing staff and regular staff were attentive, respectful, and kind, which made my stay more comfortable. I am thankful for the excellent service I received during my rehab, and I hope this feedback will help the staff continue to provide the same level of exceptional care to other patients. The Medical Staff at Grey Stone Abused and Neglected My Mother For Several Months Resulting in Her Death this Year in September 2023. The Administrator Eric Hunter and Saber Healthcare Group Failed At keeping my Mother Healthy, Safe and Alive. Numerous Complaints were Filed Against This Facility On Behalf of My Mother.

My grandmother obtained a lot of miss treatment while being at this facility in the memory care side Somehow she was always falling she received a broken hip as well as a busted forehead that required stitches along with countless bruises on random parts of her body her room always smelled horrible. She was always soiled so me and my family decided to take her out of the facility. Shes been home for over a month has not fallen once nor does she smell like a nursing home because she gets changed properly nor does she have any more bruises I wouldnt even send an enemy to this facility oh, and one last thing two years ago I had informed her nurse while she was at the facility of a lump on my grandmothers roof of her mouth turns out its cancer and they never checked it like they said they would. They neglect their patients and blame it on being understaffed.
