Went in there to purchase a new battery and asked if they had a specific brand that I liked, they didn't and that's totally fine. One of the workers there asked if I would want a different brand but I said no because I didn't really like the other brand because me and alot of other people I know have had issues with it but after i said that she was like "its literally the same brand" in an incredibly rude tone and it just rubbed me the wrong way every time I come in there she seems to have an attitude problem. Lots of people say this location has issues with customer service I am starting to see it now

I purchased a 3Chi cart. Didnt even use it because the cart was broken before I bought it. Im not even asking for a refund, just asked them to switch out the cart. The only thing they can do is give me a little discount to buy a new one. I can get glass else where and order carts directly from the company. Very disappointed.

this was about a month and a half ago but i just can't stay quiet about this any longer. first i need to give you all some context so you can understand just how furious i am about this even after all this time. I'm not good with fast paced environments factories or warehouse work i've never been . I've had bad experiences every time. When I was 17 I tried cannabis for the first time and immediately I was fascinated with it and psychedelics. They are so interesting to me and I truly think if the US would replace these things with the current crap they give to people for profit it would help drastically with a lot of things besides sickness. But I digress. I want to be a cannabis and mushroom cultivator but sadly I had to be born here in Indiana and have lived in fort wayne all my life. So I'm sure you know they refuse to legalize anything. So until further notice that dream like most others i've had died before they even started. And no, I can't move. I don't make enough to move to a different state, let alone a different city. So I had to settle for the next best thing. And I saw that the Broadway location was hiring. So i thought hey, it's chill slow and the kind of vibe that i like. Having no car, bike or money I walked about 3 miles to get to the interview. I was hired immediately. The manager seemed to like my personality and attitude. So for the entire 3 days I was employed there, yes you read that right 3, I would walk the distance because I genuinely enjoyed being there. It was the first job ever that I actually looked forward to being at. The pay was fair but I also simply liked just being there all day. I got along with everyone and thought I was doing great. I've never done a job that requires a cash register before so they had to teach me how to do that. I also had to learn where everything was and what items had to be called what and what they couldnt be called. The first day was my orientation and I loved it. The second day was me learning the register and customer interaction. I was also learning where everything is all the while. Then the 3rd day i walked to work and went to the break room because i had arrived early. When my shift actually started I went out and was about to start organizing and stocking when the manager asked me to come into his office. He said that he and the other discussed it and they are letting me go because I don't know everything like they need me to. As I said , it had only been 3 days. I wasn't even in the system yet. He gave me my paycheck which was only 200 something since it had only been 3 days and sent me on my way. They are a clique. The turnover rate is extremely low over there. Not only was I livid and kinda hurt about it but most of all I was confused. They had no reason to let me go and as of late I've been working at factories absolutely miserable because nowhere else is hiring even though they say they are URGENTLY hiring. I got so fed up that I quit a few weeks ago and it has been absolute hell trying to find a job that won't cause me to have a stroke. I actually thought for a bit that I could be happy but they took that from me. I'm only typing this now because their website was on my recommendation and that lit a fire inside so i decided to speak my piece. They told me they were very family oriented. They are. So much in fact that they will fire anyone they don't want for any reason even if that reason is horse shit.
