I went as a walk in on a busy day for them and they got me and my friend right in did an AMAZING job!!!!! I will be returning soon for my niece to get a pedicure!!!!!! And a fill on my nails!!!!

I visited this salon for an eyebrow wax only for the first time. I was greeted by a very blunt and rude receptionist. Did not mind the wait time (50 min) to get my service done due to walking in and seeing how busy they were. While waiting, visually seeing and also hearing how this receptionist talked to and treated her coworkers made me very uncomfortable. Not professional. I tried to be understanding as the salon was very busy, but in those stressful situations it is NOT okay to treat people like that. I chose to stay because I heard and seen good reviews. When I was moved to a room to get my wax done, the door was directed to the front desk where I could continually hear how loud and disrespectful she was being towards her peers. For the service, a young woman worked with me and long story short, I found out I was burned on my skin due to the wax sitting on too long. I was not happy with the way my brows looked and didnt see the burn at all, but felt a burning sensation and didnt think much of it as I have never been burned before. I did not want her to continue as I asked her to fix some areas and she replied with I dont want them to be too thin. With being uncomfortable and anxious from the entire environment, I just paid and left. Didnt want to cause a scene, I understand how stressed everyone there was. When I got into my car, that is when I saw in the sunlight how bad the burn was. I traveled to another salon to fix my brows. I dont care about a refund, service is service. Just simply making this review to be aware as the young woman who burned me shouldnt be working with anyone else. I didnt catch her name. This first time experience was enough and will not go back there for any service at all.
