I'm a first time home buyer and I feel Brendan and Theresa went above and beyond for me. Brendan and Theresa answered every question I had with honest and very timely responses and I feel they went above and beyond with both passion and experience for me. Brendan came to our closing for support and if we had any final questions and I cant thank him enough for pushing me in the right direction everytime i felt overwhelmed. I recommend not only summit mortgage but if you can snag Brendan or Theresa i highly recommend them. Thank you for everything!

Went above and beyond! Our experience was smooth sailing when my husband and I found SummitMortgage (thanks to our realtor, Joe Leksich!). He specifically referred us to Vicki (Reed) Partaker who was fantastic! Her experience in the business shines through and even after we closed on our house and we needed something from them that we had misplaced in the move, they were right there for us. Fast at responding, sweet and friendly staff at the office, and they actually take the time to explain everything to you and answer ALL of your questions - which I had a lot! Definitely a 15/10 experience!! :)
