        They were helpful in getting me my initial loan but when I went in to extend it to the full amount I was approved for they basically had me set up a whole new loan with collateral and then they call and tell me the new loan didn't include my initial loan and now they basically wanna rerun my credit to try and fix it all so they are hitting my credit because they messed up the loan probly won't use them again after I pay this off

      Dependent on the type of loan, decisions are made based on a variety of factors including credit history, income, and expenses. Not all loans require collateral, but those that do also take into account the value of that collateral. - ck
