        Professional & Personable Due to the recent rise in prices I began to look at ways to tighten my budget ... this included reevaluating my car insurance. A friend referred me to their agent Merle Maples and am I glad they did! Unlike inquiries made to other companies that directed me to a website to start the process, Merle called me back almost immediately after leaving a message. He determined my needs and provided options for me to consider. Not only did he help me find a better option & the savings I was looking for, but he did so before I received a response from ANY OTHER inquiry I had made online. I could tell that he was "invested" in helping me and why I felt compelled to write this review.
