      image I called three times and was hung up on each time. I asked the last representative who stated his name was John Williams but, had foreign accent. I asked John Williams to speak to a manager on duty. John Williams stated it was Frederick Castillo. I asked to speak with Fredrick Castillo and he asked why? I told him I was just hung up on twice and he told me "no"! He also said "I don't care" then hung up! I would stay away from this company and Met Life.
