I was recently in a car accident where my vehicle was totaled. Working with Shannon at the Terry Anderson State Farm office made this stressful situation quite bearable. Shannon's knowledge of the claims process coupled with her outstanding customer service helped me navigate the process and set proper expectations for what to expect. A week later, I have a new vehicle, and payment has been issued for the fair market value of my prior vehicle. I am beyond grateful to Shannon and the rest of Terry's staff for their help.

Terrys office has the best customer service EVER!! The women in the office have helped me with so many of my problems. Theyve helped me set up my Drive Safe & Safe discount, and helped me set up monthly accounts. They are able to explain things way better than my other insurance companies that I have had.
